The main line of business and scientific activity of the Yerevan Automated Control Systems Scientific Research Institute (YerACSSRI) is the design and development of LAN/WAN based Local and Wide Area Automated Control Systems (ACS), which includes development of computer hardware, Computing Systems, Operating Systems, and applied software packages, as well as development of automated tools and other resources used in design and development of the ACS.
Before the collapse of the former USSR, the main clients of the distributed Wide Area ACS-s were various organizations and companies within the USSR. The released versions of these ACS-s are still deployed at many organizations and companies of the former USSR.
At present, the main consumers of YerACSSRI’s products and services are local organizations and companies, and clients from Russian Federation.
The institute has acquired great expertise in the design and development methodologies of modern ACS, and has extensive experience in local and global partnership and co-operation.

Infrastructure

Institute has software and hardware development reliable infrastructure comprised of our various teams of experts, research labs and other facilities, modern computer hardware, and software development tools. We have the full capacity to conduct several simultaneous large-scale projects, and currently involved in the fundamental research in the field of Computer Science.
